After spending the final 3 years of college together, Ford Lindsay and Catherine Adams faced a dilemma: they both gained the dreaded Freshman 15 and both neglected to work out. They loved to cook, but only one of them actually sort of knew how to cook – that was Catherine.
After a long period of Catherine’s teaching, Ford stopped accidentally frying his “sautéed” squash and started to get the hang of cooking. Once they were both up to speed, they found that they were starting to lose significant weight. Not only that, but their commonly empty bank accounts at the end of the month were looking almost as tasty as the food they were cooking.
